Play dough lends endless opportunities to develop and learn through play.
💛We can develop our finger and wrist strength through pinching, twisting, pushing and rolling, this will lead to our mark making skills in the future
💛 We can involve maths, introducing language such as heavy, long, half/whole. We can divide it with our friends and count how many portions we need.
💛 we can develop our imagination, making our play dough into anything we wish to!
💛we can use it to regulate our emotions. It is so therapeutic for children to knead, roll, flatten and punch. This will help to relieve feelings of stress and anxiety
