Annual Fee Increase
Every August we assess our fee structure and put forward an annual increase to be implemented effective from the new billing period, September to December. This August, as a result of the current economic climate, we decided to defer the increase due in September. Annual fee increases go towards covering yearly infl ations and staff wages, the latter being affected this year by not having our annual increase. Subsequently we will re-visit the fee structure again in December with any change being implemented from January 2010. We will of course keep everyone fully informed.
