Staff

As part of the nursery's ongoing refl ection it is our practice to review the nursery and its current staff roles. We feel that it is important to ensure that our team have a wide range of experiences and opportunities within Bumblebees. To ensure this happens we regularly look at moving staff around the nursery to keep training up to date or to give further training if needed. From the 20th April some staff changes will take place. Rosie will move from the Ladybirds (baby room) to work with the Caterpillar team. Carly will move into Rosie?s role. From the Caterpillars room Nikki will move down to the Bees Room where a lot of her key group have and will be moving to soon. To make this possible Karen will move into the Pre School room. Over the next few weeks these staff will spend some time with their new key groups and room notice boards will confirm any changes of key persons. If you have any concerns about the forthcoming changes please speak to your child's room leader. We also welcome Becky who has joined the Preschool to start her training as a nursery assistant. Emma who is currently completing her training in that room will do her fi nal part of her training with us in the Baby Room with Maggie and Carly. During this change, staff will wear sticky name badges to help youremember who is who!
