Questionnaires

We have had a great response from the questionnaires we sent out last month. It is lovely to read the positive feedback you have given and to see the improvements you would like to see happen at Bumblebees. If you still have not given us your views please do so as it is always very helpful for us to reflect upon our practice and make appropriate changes. Feedback from these questionnaires will either be addressed in next month?s newsletter or an individual letter if required.
